Dear investors, to retrieve AGM materials through the SEDAR website, please follow these instructions:

Go to www.sedar.com
Select/Click - English OR French
Select/Click - Company Profiles
Select/Click - D (Under the PUBLIC COMPANIES alphabet)
Search for - Dorex Minerals (from the list)
Select/Click - Dorex Minerals
Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see: "VIEW THIS COMPANY’S PUBLIC DOCUMENTS," then CLICK on the "VIEW" icon.

On the page that will appear, you will be asked to enter the captcha code. Enter the code and you will be taken to the documents page. Select the documents that you wish to view.
