Peter Walton President and Director Mr. Walton has held a variety of senior management positions over the last 30 years. He has been involved with public trading companies in the junior resource industry for the last 15 years, assisting with financing, exploration and development of various mineral properties. As BC divisional controller of Cana Construction Co. Ltd. Mr. Walton was part of the management team of one of Western Canada’s largest and most successful commercial contractors, responsible for all divisional financial and administrative functions. Mr. Walton was also assistant treasurer for Laurentian Pacific Insurance Company, responsible for a wide variety of management funtcions. Mr. Peter Walton is currently a company controller in the finance industry with Global Voyagers Financial Corp. Julie Hajduk Director Specializing in providing due diligence, structuring / managing various venture capital projects. Miss Hajduk is an active member of the investment community with in the United States and Canada, and is specializing in financing of Junior Resource companies. Ms. Hajduk has dedicated her career to the management and shareholder communications for both public and start up companies. With over 15 years experience in the public markets, she brings a strong mix of managerial and technical expertise in public company finance and management. Julius Galik Director and Corporate Secretary Mr. Galik brings many years of financial experience to the Board, and has been very instrumental in the forming of various companies. Currently he is a self employed business man, invovled in real-estate and an agent with Primerica Financial Services. Also, Thornton J. Donaldson B.A.Sc., P.Eng Director Mr. Donaldson brings a wealth of knowledge to the Board. He has over 40 years of experience in the resource sector as a Geological Engineer. Paired with his experience in finance, he was President of Donaldson Securities Ltd., Mr. Donaldson is a strong force in insuring the development and financing of mineral resource opportunities. He is an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia. Donaldson has been working in the investment community for over than 40 years. His primary focus was in financing dozens of Junior Resource companies, collectively raising millions of dollars.2 |
