Over the past several years Dorex Minerals has been examining numerous properties throughout Slovakia and South America.

In August 2004, the Company entered into an agreement to earn 75% of the gold Podpolom and Klococ properties in central Slovakia ( Europe )

In September 2004 the Company preformed modest grid geochemical sampling on the Podpolom Property.

December 15, 2006 the Company entered into a Letter of Intent for an Option Agreement with Minera Coyote Ltda ( Chile ) to acquire 100% interest of the Carmelita Property in Chile ( South America )

January 30, 2007 – The Company announces the signing of the Carmelita Property Option Agreement

February 16, 2007 – Dorex files National Instrument 43-101 Geological Summary Report pertaining to the Carmelita Property in Chile.

March 1, 2007 – the TSX Venture Exchange accepts for filing Option Agreement on the Carmelita Property.

April, 2007 – Dorex Minerals initiates Phase 1 preliminary evaluation of the potential for widespread porphyry or IOCG style minerlization as well as evaluating the property to host smaller, higher grade strucurally controlled shear zone hosted copper oxide mineralization.

April, 2007 – Dorex Minerals starts wide space soil geochemistry and ground geophysical surveys, geological mapping and sampling and assays.
