Tres Hermanos Mine
Tres Hermanos property is located in the southwestern portion of the state of Chihuahua, Mexico within the Batopilas mineral district and centered in the Sierra Madre Occidental’s famous Mexican Precious Metal Belt. This belt is famous worldwide for producing large amounts of silver, gold and copper, including Goldcorp's El Sauzal gold mine just 20 kilometres away, which produced over 200,000 ounces of gold in 2009 at a total cash cost of US$201 per oz (www.goldcorp.com/operations/el_sauzal/). In addition, historical reports indicate that 200 million ounces of silver were produced between 1632 and 1912 from this region.
The Tres Hermanos property consists of 328 Hectares and includes the historic Tres Hermanos Mine located approximately 10 km from the town of Batopilas. The Mine is situated along a large structure containing several mineralized veins that have been traced on surface through the property for more than 3,500 meters in length. The structure trends 330° and dips steeply to the east. A sample collected on surface approximately 900 metres north of the Mine reportedly assayed 3.3 g/t Au and 0.3% Cu over 4.0 metres.
The Tres Hermanos Mine is reported to have been developed along strike for 140 metres and to depths of 220 metres with average widths of veins reportedly up to 12 metres, with the two major veins averaging 4-6 metres and 2-4 metres respectively. A recent sample from the vein at surface was reportedly assayed 28.0 g/t Au and 10.5% Cu over a 4.5 metre width. The Mine was first discovered in 1903 and was successfully mined until 1936 and has reportedly produced over 104,000 ounces of gold, using a primitive mill and a poor recovery process as evidenced by recent assays of the tailings which returned values up to 4.83 g/t gold and 1.97 % copper.

Kratke Gold-silver Project
The property covers an area of 6.8 square kilometers, located 250 kilometres north-east of the capital city Bratislava. Historical work on the property included limited soil sampling, mechanized trenching and diamond drilling. Drilling has intersected heavily disturbed, mylonitized and altered granitoid and gneiss cut by thin quartz veins with sulphide mineralization. Gold bearing gossan-like rock was found at shallow depths that returned 5.4 grams gold per tonne over 3.9 metres and 2.2 grams gold per tonne over 9 metres in another hole. Other holes intersected silver mineralization located in the Mesozoic sedimentary cover rocks proximal to the contact with the underlying gneiss. The thickness and grades intersected in three different holes are as follows, 73 grams per tonne silver over 8.7 metres, 113.6 grams per tonne silver over 1.7 metres, and 232 grams per tonne silver over 1.8 metres.
Dorex Minerals Inc. has an agreement to purchase a 90% interest by paying $90,000 cash, issuing 1.4 million common shares and incurring exploration expenditures of $200,000 over two years period.
