Peter Walton Mr. Walton is an accountant with over 40 years experience. He has held a variety of senior management and accounting positions. He is currently employed as a company controller in the finacial services industry. Stephen Kenwood P. Geo. Mr. Kenwood is a Professional Geologist. He is the member of the Association of Professional Engineers, and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology in 1987. He has practiced in his profession continuously since 1987 and has been involved in exploration for precious and base metals in western North America, Panama, Honduras, Peru, Chile, Slovakia, and China. He has visited the Podpolom License area from August 10, 2004 to August 12, 2004. He is the Qualified Person for the purposes of National Instrument 43-101 and is responsible for all sections of this report. |
